A fireside for single adults will be telecast Feb. 26 over the satellite television network of the Church.
The fireside, originating at 6 p.m. MST from the Tabernacle on Temple Square, will be broadcast live via satellite and will be rebroadcast at 8 p.m. MST. It also may be seen at 8 p.m. on KBYU-TV, Channel 11.Speakers will include a member of the First Presidency and a member of the Council of the Twelve.
All single adults in the Church are encouraged to view the program either live or later on tape, said President Howard W. Hunter of the Council of the Twelve. Members may invite their single friends and neighbors to view the program.
More than 2,000 Latter-day Saint stake centers and meetinghouses in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico have satellite receiving equipment.
