Elaine L. Jack, a native of Cardston, Alberta, has served the past three years as second counselor in the Young Women general presidency. She was a member of the Relief Society general board from 1972-1984; and counselor in a stake Relief Society presidency, a ward Young Women's counselor and president, stake Relief Society president, and ward Relief Society teacher. She attended the University of Utah.
She and her husband, Joseph E. Jack, have lived in New York, Massachusetts and Alaska; they are members of the Holladay 18th Ward, Salt Lake Holladay South Stake. They are parents of four sons and have six grandchildren.Chieko N. Okazaki has served the past 18 months on the Primary general board. She previously served on the Young Women general board. She and her husband, Edward N. Okazaki, are members of the Butler 16th Ward, Salt Lake Wasatch Stake. They are parents of two married children.
Aileen H. Clyde is gospel doctrine teacher in the Springville 16th Ward, Springville Utah Stake. She has served as a stake and ward Relief Society president. She is married to Hal Clyde. They are parents of three married sons.
Janette C. Hales has served the past 18 months on the Primary general board. She has been a gospel doctrine teacher and ward Relief Society president. She and her late husband, Robert H. Hales, are parents of five children. She is a member of the Oak Hills Ward, Provo Utah Oak Hills Stake.
