In a rare Salt Lake City appearance, BYU's Lamanite Generation will perform one night at Promised Valley Playhouse for conference visitors and area families.
The group, which specializes in traditional and contemporary numbers from North and South America and the South Pacific, will perform Friday, March 31, at 7:30 p.m.Members of the Lamanite Generation are all members of the cultures represented in the evening of entertainment, which weaves rituals of the North American Indians with the enchantment of the Polynesian Islands and the vibrance of Latin America.
