She is serving with her husband as missionary in Philippines Cebu Mission; former stake Young Women board member, stake record extraction director, ward Relief Society president and counselor, and assistant area director for welfare services; born in Lehi, Utah, a daughter of Thomas Franklin and Margaret Jane Chavanaugh Kirkham.

Octaviano Tenorio D., 47, Valle de Aragon 1st Ward, Mexico City Mexico Anahuac Stake; regional representative, former stake president and counselor, stake clerk, and branch president; temple recorder; studied private accounting for three years; born in Tilapan, Mexico, a son of Octaviano Tenorio Herrera and Flora Dominguez Vazquez; married Rosa Elva Valenzuela G.; three children. She is Relief Society homemaking leader, former Young Women president, Relief Society president, counselor and secretary, and ward music director; born in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Mexico, a daughter of Francisco Valenzuela Monje and Maria Refugio Gonzalez Gamboa.

Richard Willard Thatcher, 51, Harbor Hills Ward, Newport Beach California Stake; Sigma Gamma Chi chapter adviser, former mission president's counselor, high councilor, and bishop's counselor; served mission in France, 1959-61; ophthalmologist; earned medical degree from George Washington University Medical School and ophthalmology degree from University of California at Los Angeles Medical School; born in Los Angeles, Calif., a son of John William and Eva Caroline Hansen Thatcher; married Sarah Helen Peterson; three children. She is an area Lambda Delta Sigma adviser, former Relief Society president, Laurel adviser, and seminary teacher; born in Mount Pleasant, Utah, a daughter of Stanley C. and Iris Rasmussen Peterson.

Clifton Elwood Treglown, 59, Mountain View 2nd Ward, West Jordan Utah Mountain View Stake; just released as missionary at the Polynesian Cultural Center in Hawaii, former high councilor, bishop, and Young Men president; served mission in Samoa, 1951-53; retired high school art teacher; earned bachelor's degree from BYU and master's degree from University of Utah; born in Eureka, Utah, a son of Alfred Truman and Folles Magdalene Atherley Treglown; married Carol Joyce Peck; three children. She was just released with husband as missionary at the Polynesian Cultural Center, former stake and ward Relief Society president, ward Young Women president, and Primary teacher; born in Salt Lake City, Utah, a daughter of Willard S. and Marjorie Helen Knowlden Peck.
