Prepare quorum members to worthily receive the Melchizedek Priesthood. 5. Prepare quorum members to worthily serve a full-time mission. 6. Provide opportunities for service for Aaronic Priesthood bearers 12 through 18 years of age. 7. Encourage brotherhood among the young men of the Church.- Aaronic Priesthood Leadership Handbook, p. 2
