      Burton Stafford (Buzz) Tingey, 67, manager of risk retention and insurance for the Church, died Nov. 25, 1992, in Salt Lake City. He had served as regional representative and president of the Australia Sydney Mission from 1985-88.

      He also served as a member of the Melchizedek Priesthood general committee and of the Melchizedek Priesthood MIA General Board, and was president of the Salt Lake Mt. Olympus Stake, stake patriarch and bishop.
