Location: On a knoll overlooking a chain of lakes at Apopka-Vineland Road on the edge of Orlando suburb of Windermere, five miles southwest of Orlando near Florida Turnpike and Interstate 4. Address: 9900 Windy Ridge Road, Windermere, FL 34786. Telephone: (407) 876-0022.

Site: 7.2 acres.Exterior finish: Plaster with marble chips.

Temple design: Modern with one spire.

Number of ordinance, sealing rooms: Four endowment rooms, eight sealing

rooms. Total floor area: 82,447 square feet.

Groundbreaking: June 20, 1992, by Elder James E. Faust of the Council of the Twelve.

Dedication: Oct. 9, 1994, by President Howard W. Hunter. Twelve dedicatory sessions continuing through Oct. 11.
