New summer hours announced for showing of 'Legacy'

New summer show times for the film, "Legacy," shown in the 500-seat Legacy Theater in the Joseph Smith Memorial Building in Salt Lake City, have been announced.

Beginning on Memorial Day, May 30, and running through Labor Day, Sept. 5, show times will be Mondays through Saturdays - 8:15 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:45 a.m., noon, 1:15 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 4 p.m., 5:15 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:45 p.m., and 9 p.m.The theater is closed on Sundays.

Since its premiere last summer, several hundred thousand people have seen the film, the Church's big-screen depiction of the struggles of the Latter-day Saints in the early days of the Church.

There is no charge for admission to "Legacy," but tickets are required. Advance reservations may be made by calling (801) 240-4383.
