The First Presidency has announced that the Chicago Illinois Temple will be closed for two months, after Dec. 17, 1994, for the installation of an elevator and other minor changes.
Located in the suburban community of Glenview, Ill., the temple was completed and dedicated in 1985, and an addition was dedicated in 1989.The temple will be re-opened Feb. 21, 1995, the First Presidency said.
