What future member of the Council of the Twelve succeeded a future General Authority when he was called to the high council of the Boston Stake, and was succeeded by a future General Authority when he was released?
Answer:When Elder Robert D. Hales, now of the Council of the Twelve, was called to the high council of the Boston Stake in 1964, he followed Elder James O. Mason, now of the Seventy, who was called to the stake presidency. A year later, when Elder Hales was released as high councilor to serve in the stake presidency, he was followed by Elder Henry B. Eyring, now also of the Seventy.
