President James E. Faust, left, President Gordon B. Hinckley, Salt Lake City Mayor Deedee Corradini and President Thomas S. Monson break ground July 7 for a 337-unit apartment complex in downtown Salt Lake City, located on South Temple between State Street and 200 East. Church and city officials say the complex will transform one of Salt Lake's blighted areas, fill some of the need for downtown housing and help revitalize the city's center.
