The fog-enshrouded Golden Gate Bridge provides a scenic backdrop for members of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir during a visit to the San Francisco Bay Area. For the first time in 30 years, the choir was in the city for a performance - part of activities commemorating the sesquicentennial of the arrival of the ship Brooklyn. The ship carried Latter-day Saints on an 1846 voyage from New York around South America's Cape Horn to northern California.
See articles on the choir's concert and other sesquicentennial events on pages 5-7.
