Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. - Matt. 11:28-30

"Increasing demands, the diversity of voices, the entreating sales pitches, the piercing noises , the entanglement of many personal relationships can rob our souls of the peace they need to function and survive," President James E. Faust, then of the Quorum of the Twelve, said at April 1992 general conference.

"Where is the compensating relief so desperately needed to help us survive in the world's pressures? The onsetting comfort in large measure can come through increased communion with the Spirit of God. This can bring spiritual healing."
