Wesley K. Duce, 77, bishop of the Everett 2nd Ward, Everett Washington Stake, died Oct. 18 in Nordland, Wash.
He was the first stake president of the Cascade South Stake in Washington, which later became the Everett Washington Stake; a regional representative in Washington and Oregon; a counselor in the Washington Seattle Mission presidency; and a stake mission president.
