Who was the first head of government in the world to receive a copy of the Book of Mormon?

Answer

The first head of a government in the world to receive a copy of the Book of Mormon was Queen Victoria of England. Elder Lorenzo Snow presented the book to her in 1842. It is now in the Royal Library at Windsor.
