Monson will speak at patriotic service, sponsored by America's Freedom Festival at Provo, BYU Marriott Center, 6 p.m.; no tickets are necessary, doors will open at 4 p.m., all attendees need to be seated by 5:45 p.m.; will be telecast live over the Church satellite system.
