William B. Martin, 76, of Magna, Utah, former regional representative and president of the Ireland Dublin Mission from 1989-92, died Aug. 7, 1998, in West Valley City, Utah. He served as president of the Oquirrh, Magna Utah Central and Magna Utah East stakes, and was a temple sealer. He also served on an advisory board of Welfare Square for 10 years.
He is a former senior vice president of Tracy Collins and Washington Savings banks. He served on the Granite School Board and was an Army veteran of World War II.
