Family: Born Dec. 18, 1939, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to Antonio and Maria Damiani; married Walkyria Bronze, daughter of Rui and Odetta Simonine Bronze, two children: Wagner Damiani and Heliane Barros; five grandchildren.

Education: Bachelor's degree in economics from Sao Paulo University; master's degree in business administration from Fundacao de Getulio Vargas.

Employment: Executive and management systems analysis and human resources with a number of international corporations and banks in Brazil. Retired owner and partner of SEDA, an accountant, distribution and billing software company.

Church service: Sunday School secretary and president, elders quorum president, high councilor in first stake in South America, stake executive secretary, stake president's counselor, regional welfare agent, counselor to president of Missionary Training Center, president of the Brazil Curitiba Mission, Area Authority, member of Fourth Quorum of the Seventy, counselor in the Brazil South Area presidency.
