In the Oct. 16, 1999, issue of Church News, new Papeete Tahiti Temple Pres. Louis Eugene Pascal Arhan, 75, of Faripiti Ward, Papeete Tahiti Stake, was listed as succeeding John S. Morgan. However, he succeeds Pres. Don H. Hendricks, who served from November 1998 until Sept. 1, 1999, when he was released for ill health. Pres. Hendricks, a resident of Blackfoot, Idaho, who had served as counselor in the Papeete temple presidency from 1984 to 1989, died of cancer on Sept. 24, 1999, in Salt Lake City.
