President Gordon B. Hinckley and his counselors in the First Presidency, President Thomas S. Monson and President James E. Faust, wish to extend their thanks, love and appreciation to the many members of the Church who sent them Christmas greetings. They received so many gifts, cards and letters that they are unable to respond to each one personally.
The First Presidency also expresses their best wishes for the year 2000 and extends special thanks for the faith and prayers of members everywhere.
