Dale S. and Barbara Dallon
Dale S. Dallon, 65, Rotherwood Ward, Kingsport Tennessee Stake, called as president of the new Palmyra New York Temple, which will be dedicated April 6. President Dallon's wife, Barbara Joy Bolton Dallon, will serve as temple matron. A high councilor and stake Young Men president, President Dallon is a former regional representative, stake president, stake mission president, bishop and high priests group leader. A retired chemical manufacturing manager with Eastman Chemical Co., he graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree and a doctorate in chemical engineering. He was born in Boulder City, Nev., to Frank S. and Verda Carlile Dallon. Sister Dallon is a former ward Relief Society and Young Women president, ward music chairman, and ward Primary president's counselor. She attended the University of Utah and was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Edwin Clive and Alpha Jessie Harris Bolton.
