Family: Born Jan. 15, 1934, in Pima, Ariz., to Wilford Woodruff Crockett III and Jacy Boggs Crockett; married Kathleen McBride Sept. 5, 1957, in the Mesa Arizona Temple; six children: Michael (Kim), Tamara (David) Brown, Rebecca (Lee) Shumway, Douglas (Susan), David (Rebecca), Mary Ann (Reed) Larson; 22 grandchildren.

Education: Bachelor's degree in music education and master's degree in educational administration and supervision from University of Arizona; Ed.S in administration and supervision from Northern Arizona University.

Employment: Retired Church Educational System director and instructor, former public school teacher.

Church service: Temple ordinance worker, president of Buenos Aires South Mission (1993-96), stake president and counselor, high councilor and bishop.
