The First Presidency has announced open house and dedication dates for the new Oklahoma City Oklahoma Temple.
The temple will open to the public July 8-22, with the exception of Sunday, July 9. It will be dedicated in four sessions on Sunday, July 30, 2000, and open for ordinance work the following day, Monday, July 31.
Plans for the Oklahoma City Oklahoma Temple were announced March 17, 1999, and ground was broken for construction to begin on the edifice July 3, 1999.
