SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The California Coaches Association honored Neils Ludlow, first counselor in the Thousand Oaks California Stake presidency, as "Coach of the Year" here June 17.

The coach has lead El Camino Real High School varsity softball team to 10 of the last 16 Los Angeles City Championships. In addition, President Ludlow's team still holds the California State record for consecutive wins with 82, or more than four years without a loss.
