FARR WEST, Utah — Youth of the Farr West 1st Ward, Farr West Utah Stake, finished a months-long project Feb. 3 with baptisms for the dead at the Ogden Utah Temple. In the fall of 2000, the youth began researching their ancestors at the stake family history center. Six weeks later, they had 907 names ready, according to Carol M. Jensen, ward family history consultant.

"Two young men from our ward who had just received their mission calls had the opportunity of using their priesthood authority as they performed their first baptisms in the temple and then confirmed the proxies," Sister Jensen added, speaking of an earlier date at the temple during the project.
