Family: Born Nov. 23, 1949, in St. George, Utah, to Gregg E. and Vida Jean Goates Snow; married Phyllis Squire, daughter of Phil Ervil and Ruth Hafen Squire in the St. George Utah Temple on June 25, 1971; four sons, Eric E., 26 (Carolyn), Clu C., 26, Riley S., 24, Garrett S., 21.

Education: Earned bachelor's degree in accounting from Utah State University and juris doctor from Brigham Young University.

Employment: Partner in law firm of Snow Nuffer.

Church service: Area Authority Seventy, president of the California San Fernando Mission, stake president, bishop and Scoutmaster.
