Some 20,000 women converged on the campus of BYU May 3-4 for the annual BYU Women's Conference, which this year featured four general sessions and 78 concurrent sessions with 167 presenters, including President Thomas S. Monson of the First Presidency and Elder M. Russell Ballard of the Quorum of the Twelve.

During the two-day event, which was based on the theme taken from Doctrine and Covenants 68:6, "Ye shall bear record of me, even Jesus Christ," LDS women also spent an "evening of service and good works," during which they made and/or assembled supplies for needy people throughout the world. (Please see pages 8-9 for details on the service projects.)

General sessions of the women's conference were telecast via the Church's satellite network, as well as over KBYU-TV (Channel 11) and BYUTV nationwide. Tape-delayed broadcasts to Europe and the British Isles are scheduled for May 19, 6 a.m. (MDT). Selected sessions will be rebroadcast on KBYU and BYUTV beginning May 7 and continuing through June 1.
