Church leaders, including President Gordon B. Hinckley, President Thomas S. Monson and President James E. Faust, all of the First Presidency; the Presiding Bishopric; Presidency of the Seventy; and general presidency of the Relief Society, attended the dedication of Welfare Square, made necessary by newly renovated facilities. Many of the leaders toured the buildings, called a "center of hope." See pages 3-5.
