MOBILE, Ala. Ryan Denney, an academic all-American who just finished his career as a defensive end on the BYU football team, was named one of the two MVP's for the North in the Senior Bowl college all-star game at Mobile, Ala., Jan. 26. He served a mission to Argentina and is a member of the BYU 214th Ward, BYU 5th Stake. His team went down to defeat, 41-26, to the South. He earned a spot on the Verizon Academic All-America team with a 3.7 grade-point average in finance.
