A. Roy Boulter, 73, president of the Philippines Cebu Mission
from 1985-1988, died Jan. 28, 2002, in Provo, Utah. He was formerly
employed by the Church's purchasing department in Salt Lake City.
Ernest J Wilkins, 83, first president of the Language Training
Mission, died Jan. 28, 2002, in Salt Lake City. He served as the center's
first president from 1961-1970 during which 17,500 missionaries went
through before departing for their fields of service.
