MINDANAO, Phillipines — All members and missionaries are safe following an earthquake registering 7.9 on the Richter scale that hit Mindanao March 7, killing 12 people, injuring more than 100 and washing away buildings, bridges and homes. A main road was heavily damaged and widespread power outages were reported.
