NYSSA, Ore. — Jeff Beck of the Nyssa 1st Ward, Nyssa Oregon Stake, won his third straight Oregon state wrestling championship recently (112, 119 and 125-pound classifications). Maybe not so coincidentally, his school, Nyssa High School, matched that accomplishment in Oregon's class 1A/2A tournament. Jeff is the fifth wrestler in the school's history to win three titles and the second to win four district championships.
