Donna and Donald McArthur

Donald R. McArthur, 64, Country Park 3rd Ward, South Jordan Utah Country Park Stake, called as president of the Kona Hawaii Temple, succeeding Larry R. Oler, who died April 7, 2002. President McArthur's wife, Donna Hall McArthur, will serve as temple matron. President McArthur, a temple ordinance worker, is a former mission president, stake president, regional representative, and San Diego California Temple Committee co-chairman. He is retired and former partner of McArthur Homes Inc. He was born in Los Angeles, Calif., to DeLoy Parley and Mary Haycock McArthur. Sister McArthur is a temple ordinance worker, and former Relief Society president's counselor and docent at the Museum of Church History and Art.
