Open house dates for two temples — the remodeled and expanded Freiberg Germany Temple that will be rededicated — and new The Hague Netherlands Temple — have been announced by the First Presidency.

The Freiberg Germany Temple, which was dedicated in 1985, has been expanded and will open its doors to the public Aug. 17-31, 2002, except Sunday, Aug. 18, and Sunday, Aug. 25. The temple will be rededicated Saturday, Sept. 7, 2002, in one session (10:30 a.m.), and open for ordinance work Monday, Sept. 9, 2002.

The Hague Netherlands Temple will open to the public Aug. 17-31, 2002, except Sunday Aug. 18, and Sunday, Aug. 25. The temple will be dedicated Sunday, Sept. 8, 2002, in four sessions. The temple will open for ordinance work on Monday, Sept. 9, 2002.

This new temple will be the eighth in Europe (including Great Britain and the Nordic countries) and the Church's 114th.

Additional temples in Europe are planned or under construction in Denmark, Finland and Ukraine.
