July 6 — Temple Square Concert Series: The Utah Army National Guard 23rd Army Band, directed by Chief Warrant Officer Jay "Mike" Cottam, will perform patriotic numbers in the Tabernacle at 7:30 p.m. Free admission.

July 9 — Temple Square Concert Series/Concerts in the Park: The Easy Street Entertainers will give a performance with a program ranging from Dixieland to swing and jazz, at 8 p.m. in the Brigham Young Historic Park on the southeast corner of State Street and 2nd Avenue, Salt Lake City. Free admission.

July 10 — Garden Walks in the Park Series: Nina Johnston will talk on shade gardening in the historic Brigham Young Park at 8 p.m. Garden talks last one hour and are free and open to all ages. Visit www.placestovisit.lds.org.

Church Garden Tours — Throughout the summer, garden tours are available on Temple Square and the rooftop of the Conference Center. Tours at the Church Office Building Plaza are Mondays-Fridays at noon and 4 p.m., and Tuesdays at 7 p.m. Meet in the lobby of the Church Office Building. A Sunday tour is available at 10:15 a.m. Meet at the south gate of Temple Square. Conference Center Rooftop tours are Mondays-Fridays at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. Meet a tour guide outside Gate 15 at the Conference Center. Free admission.
