Exterior: White German stucco over 24-inch brick walls, blue gray slate stone slab roof.

Architect: Emil B. Fetzer (original design); Rolf Metzner architect/contractor.
Government Construction Adviser: Dieter Hantzche, architect director of Bauakademie of Dresden.
District: Three eastern German stakes and one German district; two districts each in the Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary; one district each in Bulgaria and Poland; and four districts in Ukraine.
