ACCRA, Ghana — Speaking to a gathering of Latter-day Saints at the Lartebiokorshie Ghana Stake center here Nov. 17, Elder Henry B. Eyring offered a simple message: "God loves you."

Elder Eyring of the Quorum of the Twelve asked the congregation to make daily scripture study a part of their routine and to do family history work.

He also promised that the temple being built on Independence Avenue in Accra would inspire the whole country to be more chaste and clean. "You will feel again as a little child in the house of God, and if you continue to do the right things you will feel exactly the same way in the temple as you will in the world to come," he said.
