LONDON, Ontario — Sarah Brown Dillabaugh, 28, of the Ottawa 2nd Ward, Ottawa Ontario Stake, and a postgraduate student in education at the University of Ottawa, won the Canadian University Cross Country Running Championship Nov. 9. During the event, held in London, Ontario, students from 14 universities competed in the 5-kilometer race. Sister Dillabaugh serves as Young Women president in her ward.
