APEX, N.C. — The Apex Chamber of Commerce recognized some of the Church's full-time missionaries Dec. 10, lauding their volunteer efforts over the past five years. Garth L. Welch, president of the North Carolina Raleigh Mission, and four elders were selected to represent more than 60 missionaries who have served in the town.
