Members of Dortmund Germany Stake share expertise in food storage as part of an exhibition aimed at helping others prepare for time of need.

DORTMUND, Germany — Members of the Dortmund Germany Stake sponsored a daylong food supply exhibition Dec. 18 aimed at helping members and others prepare for times of need.

The local press recognized Church members for their expertise in creating food storage and their ability to buy in large quantities.

Recent flooding and unusual weather patterns have prompted Germans to consider preparation for disasters.

About half who attended were not members of the Church but were intrigued with the concept of food storage.
