The Utah Transit Authority is encouraging the use of expanded TRAX light-rail service for those attending The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' weekend general conference.

On Saturday, TRAX will have its normal schedule with additional cars to increase capacity.

On Sunday, light-rail service begins at 7:10 a.m., leaving from the Sandy Civic Center Station. The first westbound trains on the University Line will leave Stadium station at 8:13 a.m. Trains will run every 20 minutes throughout the day.

UTA also advises riders to pre-purchase or buy a round-trip fare at ticket vending machines or at various grocery stores throughout the area.
