At the rededication of the David O. McKay Building on the BYU Campus in Provo, Utah, April 25, President Thomas S. Monson, first counselor in the First Presidency, paid tribute to the ninth Church president as a missionary, an exemplar and a prophet of God.
President McKay called President Monson to the Quorum of the Twelve 40 years ago. The article is on page 3.
