SALT LAKE CITY — Vili Ngata of the Rose Park Center Ward, Salt Lake Rose Park North Stake, was the tournament Most Valuable Player as Highland High School won its fourth-straight national championship in rugby. Highland defeated Jesuit High School of California 10-8 in the title game at Dallas on May 17.
