The First Presidency has announced the calling of four new Area Authority Seventies:

William K. Jackson

William K. Jackson, 47, of New Delhi, India. Employed as regional medical officer for the U.S. State Department. Currently serving in the presidency of the New Delhi India District. He is a former bishop. Married Ann Kesler; seven children.

Jose A. Castro

Jose A. Castro, 37, of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Employed as temple recorder in the Santo Domingo Dominican Republic Temple. Recently released as president of the Santo Domingo Dominican Republic Stake. He is a former bishop, high councilor and counselor in bishopric. Married Marisol Alvarez Rojas; three children.

Paul V. Johnson

Paul V. Johnson, 48, of Sandy, Utah. Employed as Church Educational System Administrator — religious education, and elementary and secondary education (over institute, seminary and Church schools internationally.) Currently serving in the presidency of the Sandy Utah Mount Jordan Stake. He is a former high councilor and bishop. Married Leslie Jill Washburn; nine children.

Jay L. Sitterud

Jay L. Sitterud, 56, of Highland, Utah. Retired field vice president of Mutual of New York. Currently serving as president of the Venezuela Barcelona Mission. He is a former counselor in a stake presidency, high councilor and bishop. Married Joan Goodall; six children.
