July 20 Temple Square Concert Series: A Pioneer Day Commemoration with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir will be held in the Conference Center at 6 p.m. Tickets, which are free, are required and available at lds.org/events or by calling 801-240-0080.
July 25 Temple Square Concert Series; Concerts in the Park: the Maxim Barbershop Quartet, a prize-winning quartet that sings humorous and nostalgic songs in four-part harmony, will perform at 8 p.m. at the Brigham Young Historic Park, southeast corner of State Street and 2nd Avenue. Free parking (enter at 59 East North Temple), and free admission.
Through Nov. 16 Museum of Church History and Art exhibit: "Primary Makes Me Happy: A Celebration of 125 Years of Primary," featuring a wide range of historical memorabilia that reflects the changes made in the Primary organization since its beginnings in 1878. Museum Hours: Mondays-Fridays, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. 45 N. West Temple. Free admission.
