After directing the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square during the "Music and the Spoken Word" broadcast in the Conference Center Sunday morning, July 20, Crawford Gates, center, was presented a plaque recognizing his lifetime of service to the Church through music. Mac Christensen, president of the choir, left, and Craig Jessop, the choir's music director, presented the plaque.
