LUSAKA, Zambia Members of five branches in the Lusaka Zambia District gathered this summer for a district fireside that focused on family history and temple experience, with district President Richard Mulenga offering the closing address.
"I always carry around my temple recommend, which is a constant companion and a reminder that I must be worthy at all times," he said. He then recalled when he traveled to the Johannesburg South Africa Temple for the first time with his wife. His wife had been ill, but her health was restored. After the fireside, which was organized by Florence Nkowane, the family history consultant for the Lusaka Branch, participants ate lunch and played games.
