Eight new mission presidents, called by the First Presidency, have been
announced. The new leaders and their wives will begin service about July 1.
Assignments for all mission presidents were announced in the March 6, 2004,

Debra and Brent Buckner
Brent LaMar Buckner, 53; Switzerland
Zurich Mission; Solihull Ward, Coventry England Stake; ward mission leader;
former high councilor, bishop, high priests group leader, gospel doctrine
teacher and missionary in the Germany South Mission. Director for temporal
affairs in Solihull, England. Born in Ogden, Utah, to Elmer LaMar and Melba
Hale Buckner. Married
Debra Ann MacPherson,
six children.
A ward missionary, she is a former stake Relief Society and Young Women
president, counselor in a stake Relief Society presidency, stake family
history library trainer and ward Young Women president. Born in Trona,
Calif., to Donald Earl and Nelda Marie Kidd MacPherson.
Julie and Michael Cottle
Michael Wade Cottle, 50; New Jersey
Cherry Hill Mission; Winder 10th Ward, Salt Lake Winder Stake; former
counselor in a stake presidency, bishop, counselor in a bishopric, high
priests group leader and missionary in the Washington D.C. Mission.
