June 22 — Concerts in the Park: The Granite Youth Symphony will perform at 8 p.m. at the Brigham Young Historic Park, southeast corner of State Street and 2nd Avenue. Free parking (enter at 59 E. North Temple), and free admission. For more information call 240-3323.
June 25 — Temple Square Concert Series: The Summer on the Square Gala Concert, featuring Michael Ballam and the Utah Festival Opera Orchestra and Singers, will perform at 7:30 p.m. in the Tabernacle. Free tickets required (240-0080).
June 26 — Family History Library class: Basic Research Series. Call 1-800-453-3860 (ext. 4950) to pre-register. A complete list of classes is available at www.familysearch.org under the Library tab and "Education."
Through Feb. 5, 2006 — Museum of Church History and Art exhibit: "You Have a Family Tree," an interactive children's exhibit featuring a puppet show, an activity kiosk, a craft station and play areas where children learn about ancestors. Museum hours: Mondays-Fridays, 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. 45 N. West Temple. Free admission.
