July 6 Concerts in the Park: Synergy will perform dance numbers to tunes from the 1950s and Broadway at 8 p.m. at the Brigham Young Historic Park, southeast corner of State Street and 2nd Avenue. Free parking (enter at 59 E. North Temple), and free admission.
July 10 The Outdoor Summer Youth Concert, featuring artists such as Jon Schmidt, Peter Brienholt and more, will be held at 7:30 p.m., with pre-show entertainment beginning at 7 p.m., at This Is The Place Heritage Park. Free tickets are required (240-0080).

Through Oct. 17 Museum of Church History and Art exhibit: "Music and the Spoken Word: Celebrating 75 Years of Mormon Tabernacle Choir Radio Broadcasts," detailing the history of the longest running live radio program in the United States.
